You have to stop giving in to this idea that the world is out to get you.

That if you just had X than you would get Y.


Babe, you contain multitudes.
You're literally stardust.

You’ve healed your own body.

You bleed each month and don’t die (!!!!)

You’ve birthed things.

Overcame addictions.

Escaped many sketchy situations.


You’ve resuscitated your own life multiple times (I can tell, because if you’re here, you’re like me — maybe not exactly like me, but we have crossover).


So, what’s with the disempowered attitude?

Overwhelmed?

Don’t know the next steps?

Missed your turn?

Didn't get the result you wanted?

Why do you make everything a problem?

Why you gotta be so pressed?


Perhaps your nervous system believes there’s a threat, but here’s the thing…


Getting an email from a client is not a threat.

Replying to DMs from strangers? Not a threat.

Sending an invoice? Not a threat.
Unsolicited feedback? Not a threat.

Not knowing the answer? Not a threat.

Charging more? Not a threat.

Outgrowing an identity? You guessed it, not a threat.


The thing we need to address is that, babe, your nervous system is a little wackadoodle, which is why you…


- Are underpaid and overworked

- Can’t sustain the launch

- Are too scared to post

- Hate circling back

- Have trouble resting when you need to

- Think trying once is sufficient

- End up in places saying, “I wanna go home”

- Don’t know how to express your needs

- Think you have to over-explain yourself


We gotta end this messed-up situationship.

We gotta reprogram something new.


Something more loving to who and what you are.

Something that gently but potently dissolves the old.

Something that allows you to see the full brilliance of yourself and show it consistently.

I know everyone is talking about the nervous system like it’s some overrated thing.

It’s not.

Our ancestors had rituals and routines that supported it

It’s about tapping back into our biological intelligence to bring it back online.


The more we cultivate it, the more it becomes our new normal.

And yes, every day.

Yes, even on good days.

Yes, even when you finally get everything you have been asking for.


Your body is literally dying to support your dreams.
