I've been building businesses for seventeen years. I've run agencies, built brands from scratch, advised founders across industries, and navigated every form of growth point that founder-led companies encounter.

What I understand — better than almost anything — is the invisible layer. The identity conflict that makes delegation impossible. The relationship between a founder's nervous system and the operational chaos that follows it. The liminal space between ideation and execution.

I work at the intersection of brand strategy, business diagnostics, and operational clarity. These aren't separate disciplines in my practice. They're one thing: the study of how human patterns become business structure.

The methodology

My work is built on an accumulation of pattern recognition — my own seventeen years in the field, combined with frameworks from somatic work, organizational design, Human Design, astrology, and the emerging reality of a new paradigm we are entering.

I read people quickly. Not superficially — at the level of what drives their decisions, shapes their language, and shows up in the structure of their business. That precision is the foundation of everything I do.

Born in Honolulu of Hawaiian, Chinese, Portuguese, and English ancestry. Based on Oʻahu in the illegally occupied Hawaiian Kingdom. Seventeen years building brands, businesses, and the conditions for honest creation.
