For most of my life, I wore the people-pleaser/good girl archetype like a champ. I struggled with very high-masking tendencies disguised as “having it all together”, and through every misaligned choice, I felt like I gave myself (and others) mental whiplash with every career pivot. I have been INTIMATE with burnout; a ceiling fan, freeze response, and addictive behaviors love to see me coming. Collapsing and numbing from the immense power I could occasionally touch but not hold long-term felt like heavy coats of shame. I wanted the desires of my life to match the reality, and I was grasping, lying, and fighting to make it happen.

Then the visions started. Oh, the visions. Deeply intuitive and prophetic clairvoyance/sentience. Which is kind of cool, until it only produces devastating results. I felt nightmarishly caught in a liminal realm until I realized I was avoiding waking up and: naming my desires, honoring my design, believing in my innate worthiness, and living from a place of radical truth. My truth. Not the one society, culture, or conditioning projected onto me.

Through subconscious reprogramming, generous amounts of nervous system repair, and building a devoted yet fun relationship to Spirit and self, my reality shifted. I started to arrive at a more honest, loving, and alive actualization of myself. I became a signal for aligned opportunities, and my chronic fatigue loosened its grip. I stopped waiting for someone to save me, and I started to save myself. Something alchemical happened that I secretly had waited decades to feel. I woke up from the dream and decided I wanted to live the visions in real time.

Now, with everything I am, and nothing that I am not, I help women come into coherence with their gifts and purpose so they too can bring their dream to life.
