Aloha Mai — I am a brand strategist, creative director, and intuitive practitioner based on the island of Oʻahu.

My work sits at the intersection of three things that most people keep separate: creative direction, business strategy, and intuitive guidance. I don't think brand and business and the person running it can actually be separated — so I don't try to.

I use Human Design and astrology alongside brand and marketing strategy because they're some of the most accurate tools I've found for helping founders understand how they actually work — where their energy is, when to move and when to wait, what kind of business is actually sustainable for the person building it.

The methodology

My work is built on an accumulation of pattern recognition — my own seventeen years in the field, combined with frameworks from somatic work, organizational design, Human Design, astrology, and the emerging reality of a new paradigm we are entering.

I read people quickly. Not superficially — at the level of what drives their decisions, shapes their language, and shows up in the structure of their business. That precision is the foundation of everything I do.

I bring my full lens to every engagement: brand strategist, diagnostician, and a founder who has sat in every seat you're sitting in. The guidance I offer is never theoretical. It's built from direct experience with what actually works when you're building something real.

BACKGROUND

Born in Honolulu of Hawaiian, Chinese, Portuguese, and English ancestry. Based on Oʻahu in the illegally occupied Hawaiian Kingdom. Seventeen years building brands, businesses, and the conditions for honest creation.
