Love notes on Awakening
The more the dark is exposed, the more we will need the light
YOUR light
Your unique essence
Your authenticity
Your natural magnetism
Your FREQ
I had a call with a client recently — she’s in the middle of her Kundalini awakening. Or something very like it. IDK, who am I tell her what her experience is?
Anyways, I was telling her that any activation comes with its cycles — there is nothing wrong with the moments of contraction, it’s discerning the difference between destructive collapse and gentle retreat.
This is our work as human beings. To learn how to regulate ourselves so we can build the capacity to hold more.
More resources: More knowledge, spirit, vitality, information, understanding, compassion, Truth, joy, love.
When we widen, we can invite more in
We are fixed in our capacity,
but infinite in our creativity
When we widen, we can also assimilate what’s to come
That is what awakening is:
Opening our eyes to first sight
But it’s important to do it with precision
(Not to be confused with perfection)
Precision,
As in trust
As in believing in ourselves
As in a target
A goal post
A center
As in coherence
Presence
Patience
As in releasing urgency
As in a fine attunement towards that which we know to be of the utmost importance to our evolution
When outer authority dies (which it is)
And inner authority rises (which it is)
There is the question of: what is of value?
This is why this time is so auspicious
We are writing the story in real time
We are re-evaluating value
We are re-imagining the unimaginable
Values, as we know them: money, power, recognition, etc., are being completely renovated
They no longer represent the home we wish to live in
Substance and coherence reorient us towards that which is of true wealth: The richness and beauty of that which is natural, free, and honest
The new paradigm doesn't arrive by some cataclysmic event (although at times it appears like it)
It’s the micro-movements
The choices
The subtle and non-subtle ways of establishing ourselves in our storylines
For the children
For ourselves
For the ones to come
And the ones who passed
