Sessions are unscripted but intentional. We'll open with where you are, work through what's alive, and close with a clear thread to carry forward. Depending on what the moment calls for, I may draw on your Human Design chart, breathwork, or somatic inquiry alongside the strategic work.

How we hold this container
You are the expert on your own life. I offer reflection, framework, and direction — but you hold final authority over every decision. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Honesty over comfort. I will tell you what I see, even when it's not easy. I expect the same in return. This container only works if we're both willing to be real.
Every friction serves a function. Resistance, confusion, and slow seasons are part of the work — not signs that something is wrong. We meet them with curiosity, not force.
You show up, so do I. Cancellations within 24 hours are held as used sessions. Consistency is what compounds — your investment is protected by your presence.
You'll receive a session recap after every call. Within 48 hours I'll send a written summary of key threads, insights, and any actions we named. These recaps are AI-assisted — I use Claude to help synthesize the session recording, then review and edit before sending. The thinking is mine; the tool helps it travel faster.
What's shared here stays here. Confidentiality is the container. I may work with themes between sessions but will never share identifying details.
Before your first session
How to arrive well
You don't need to arrive with answers — just a willingness to look. These few steps create the conditions for a strong opening.
Complete your intake form if you haven't yet — it gives me context so we can go deeper from the first session rather than spending time on the surface.
Pull your Human Design chart at mybodygraph.com and have the bodygraph image ready. No need to study it — we'll look at it together.
Hold one question you most want answered over the next six months. Keep it loose — it almost always shifts as soon as we start working.
Give yourself 10 minutes before we start. No back-to-back calls. Arrive in your body, not mid-context from something else.
Expect the first session to be part orientation, part chart reading. We use it to map the terrain and set the direction for everything that follows.
